I love the days that you have absolutely nothing planned, no where you have to be, you don't even have plans to get dressed. Today would be my day to do just that. I feel like I have been running around like a chicken with it's head cut off (sorry so graphic). I have dinner going in the slow cooker, house is clean, laundry is done AND put away (yeah for me) and now I hear my comfy chair calling my name.
I have a house that I'm doing that is taking it's toll on me. The couple I am working with don't want to part with anything (understandable to a point). But if you want your home organized and staged to sell, something has to budge and it's got to be more than just ME. I stressed myself out over the weekend trying to come up with many ideas, because I know that just one won't work. Needless to say, I've hit a block wall. Maybe a day off, to allow my brain to catch up will help.
Through my travels, I have seen sooo many beautiful sites with really nice backgrounds and layouts along with some wonderfully fun gadgets and I just wanted to say - I think considering the situation we have been thrown into, I think EVERYONE is doing a great job. So many are lending a helping hand to those that may be struggling. If there is anything I can do to help, I'm here - just ask.
I hope your Today treated you well with hopes that your tomorrow will bring you many reasons to smile.

Today was a hectic day for me also, trying to get moms affairs in order since she had passed
Katie you sound at peace with life and that is always a good thing. I love having days off to clear the mind and clear the home. It all seems to play together somehow. Glad you have had a good day. Good luck with the couple. lol

You know, most of the things that I could actually live without if I had to are gifts from others and over the years they all add up. I just dare anyone to hand me another gift unless it's edible!! I am just having a fine time here and all the journals look so pretty and just think, we can redecorate anytime we like :)............alice
