A Fear

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant. gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. We are born to make amnifest the glory that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone of us. And as we let our own light shine. We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others"

I've often heard the quote "Fear Is An Illusion" I find that to be very true as well!

I am not sure my mind is sharp enough to sort this one out this morniung but will say, It is healthy to show fear as well as strength. I bellieve everyone should feel whatever the feelins are. No one could have ever gone from the higest to the lowest as I have in my Nearly 79 years. It is heaLTHY. Lucy
