Wheels on the bus go round and round.

I would like to start this entry out by thanking each and everyone of you for your thoughtfulness and your words of kindness, all were greatly appreciated. My father and son are doing great and the child (whom caused my sons injury) was appropriately disciplined.

So how is the neighborhood doing on this wonderful Wednesday? Me, myself and I have been busier than a cranberry merchant in the month of November. I just noticed I haven't been here for a day or two. So I shall update.

Last week being that life was what it was and school did what they do, I played nurse maid to those who needed my services. By Thursday all were well enough to stand on their own two feet so hubby, nugget and I took a business road trip to Savannah, Georgia.

You cannot go to Savannah without stopping in to clog your arteries at Paula Deans "The Lady & Sons" restaurant (reservation are a must). What a kick in the butt kinda place that was. We ate at the buffet (of course) and waddled our way out with a gift pack fit for a king. We spent two days wandering those cobble stone streets having the time of our life. What a great place for people watching (another entry).

Our trip ended late Monday night as we returned to the meat locker we call home. I was never so happy to see a hot bubble bath with my name written all over it UNTIL I heard the sound of the "Wheels on the bus this morning going round and round" ~ Oh it's good to be me!

Hope you enjoy your hump day ~ Have a happy one! Take care of you and yours always.

Yeah ... I'm so glad that everyone is OK and doing well! That's great news!

I love Savannah ... went there for the first time last August. It's a beautiful city with so much history. We passed on Paula's place, though ... we're vegan and well ... I doubt we'd find many offerings in her place (not to mention that the line to get in was around the block). :)

Have a wonderful day!
