Another Ones Gone ~ Another One Bites The Dust

Oh boy, What to do with the last day of the year and to celebrate the new one following right behind it. This was the main topic of discussion this morning during breakfast which seemed to be a difficult task as said minds were not functioning on all cylinders.

It took a lot of "Let's take off and go here, no I'd rather go there, too far away - what about doing this or that" just to decided to have a quite celebration here at home. Hubby and nugget (son) were on a mission to find the best videos for the occasion as I slipped off to the store (literally) to find the perfect ~ All night long watching video kinda snacks and dinner. ~ Oh it good to be me!

I hope everyone is safe, happy and healthy when bringing in their new year. My hopes, dreams and wishes for change in the new year would be for all who are struggling to find their way safely, for those in pain to find comfort and relief and for those who are lost and undone to find peace knowing Jesus.

May this day and those that follow bring you many reasons to smile. Take care and Happy New Year to you and yours!

Hey, staying home with the family, playing games, watching videos, eating lots of good food...that's a great way to ring in the New Year to me. :)

I hope you enjoyed your evening as much as we enjoyed ours.

Happy 2009!

Hope you have a wonderful new year!

Hi Katie. Right now I'm wishing I could spread all the holidays a lot further out from each other. Let's just say that next year peanut butter/jelly sandwiches may be served if they're lucky. Here's to the best new year for you and your family. Sounds like it started out just fine :)........
